On Hold Marketing Audio Production Services for Channel Dealers & Consultants

Our creative team works with hardware suppliers across the country to provide creative, effective, on hold marketing solutions. If you supply the hardware, we can supply the 'soundware'! Our ‘white label’ solutions are designed for Channel dealers, PaBX, PBX, Asterisk, Trixbox and CallManager suppliers who wish to provide quality audio productions to their clients.

As such, we are very much a trade supplier. Our ‘white label’ format works very well for the majority of our partners, because the existence of Fresh Air Studios Ltd to the customer is fairly transparent. As an approved reseller you can simply refer to us as your “production department", and it is very rare that we need to have direct contact with the customer.

Points to remember

Did you know that if a customer is using 'chart' CDs or radio output as their Music On Hold source, they are probably breaking copyright and licensing laws? This use of music is illegal without the necessary licenses.

Our standard production range includes exploitation licenses. This means you don't need a PRS or MCPS license for the majority of our productions, and we supply full documentation to support this. Exceptions to this are when we have obtained special permission to use popular music, television themes or other musical works.

We are very proud of our production team. Our scriptwriters are skilled creative copywriters, and our voiceover artists are highly regarded in the industry. We have flexible pricing methods to match your own billing format. Some dealers purchase productions through a one-off cost and then ‘lease’ the creative to their customers along with their own Music On Hold set-up and rental/hosting charges.

MP3 files of available voiceovers - both short and easy to email versions, as well as longer MP3s which demonstrate the voiceover in full. You may host these on your website if you wish or produce your own CD.
MP3 files of available music tracks. Remember, our productions include exploitation rights for the purposes of on hold marketing – an excellent selling point.
